2. Scope of Program

The KnowediQ iQnite Referral Program ("Program") provides agents with referral opportunities and access to marketing, systems, and support designed to improve real estate productivity and the consumer experience.

2.1 Referral Opportunities

Agents may receive real estate lead assignments from KnowediQ/REknown for the purpose of assisting consumers with real estate transactions within their licensed jurisdiction.

2.2 K3 Access Included

All Program participants receive complimentary access to K3 – Konnecting with Klients and Kommunities, KnowediQ's relationship-based contact and outreach program, at no additional cost.

2.3 KiQ Upgrade Option

Agents may upgrade to KiQ for $199 per month or $1,999 per year, which includes:

  • 10 hours of Virtual Assistance support each month;
  • Fulfillment of four (4) specific marketing requests each month;
  • 12 unique social media posts each month;
  • 6 blog articles each month;
  • 1 monthly newsletter;
  • Access to a Go High Level subaccount with websites, funnels, QR codes, forms, and advanced CRM tools;
  • For annual plans: 5 free agent personality assessments and 10 free consumer real estate assessments per month.

3. Referral Fee Structure

Agents agree to pay a 30% referral fee based on the gross commission income ("GCI") for any transaction resulting from a Program-provided lead.

3.1 Lead Protection Period

Referral fees apply to any lead that closes within twelve (12) months of the date KnowediQ/REknown assigns the lead to the Agent.

3.2 Payment Instructions

3.3 Payment Deadline

Referral fees are due within seven (7) days of closing.

3.4 Late Fees

A 5% late fee will be assessed on referral fee payments received after seven (7) days from closing. An additional 10% will be assessed on referral fees not received within thirty (30) days from closing.

4. Agent Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active real estate license in good standing.
  • Provide professional and ethical service to consumers.
  • Promptly report all closings resulting from Program-provided leads.
  • Ensure their brokerage honors referral fee obligations.

5. Brokerage Obligations

The Agent's brokerage acknowledges that referral fees owed under this Agreement remain due even if the Agent changes brokerages prior to closing, and agrees to remit referral fees in a timely manner.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement becomes effective on the date signed by the Agent and remains in effect until terminated in writing by either party. Leads assigned during the term remain subject to the twelve (12) month referral fee requirement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
